Retention Cards

Simple and easy-to-use, the Retention Cards® are a tool designed to help you impact employee engagement and retention. The Retention Cards® provide an engaging experience for each user. With the Retention Cards®, managers and employees are able to identify the issues impacting engagement and retention with speed, as well as pinpoint where they need to take action to ensure all employees are fully engaged in their work and contributing to the organization’s success. What’s inside the box? Upon opening your Retention Cards® box, you’ll find two types of cards: blue cards and green/red cards. The blue cards are header cards, these cards help you sort the Retention Cards® into different categories depending on the question you’re trying to answer. The green/red cards are the talent variable cards. Each green/red card identifies 1 of 50 variables impacting an employee’s decision to join, engage, stay with, and/or leave an organization.
