Onboarding New Employees Workshop
Attracting and hiring great employees is critical for all organizations. Engaging and keeping these employees is essential.

The first few months of employment are key for any new hire—they set the stage for the employee’s overall experience with a manager, a team, and the organization. Doing the right things to engage and onboard new hires during this time will positively impact the employee’s overall performance and desire to stay long-term.

Our Onboarding New Employees Workshop provides the tools and actions hiring managers need to strengthen their onboarding and assimilation process for new employees.

Managers will learn the core concepts impacting a new employee’s decision to engage, perform, and stay, as well as receive a number of hands-on tools the manager, team AND new hire can perform during the first days, first weeks, and first months of employment.
