WORKshop #1
Engage and Retain TALENT

Engage and Retain Talent WorkshopENGAGE:
NO theory here – this is a hands-on opportunity to increase engagement levels, not talk about it!

Participants make engagement real and connect it to the bottom line results.  They “Crack the Talent Code” to define the engagement drivers for each person and build the One-to-One Dialogue Practice into how they plan to increase engagement levels.  Managers make a difference… now dive deep into the “manager actions” which make a difference and prepare to take action with team members.

RETAIN:
ZERO unexpected departures and targeted actions to cause talent to stay and stay longer is the focus of this workshop.  Participants will clearly understand the Turnover Drivers and situations impacting a person’s Length of Service intentions and be able to pinpoint what it takes to cause them to stay.

Managers are able to bring the best out of their people when those individuals KNOW what to do, CAN do, and WANT to do.  Participants get hands-on with a set of talent practices and targeted solutions designed to increase performance levels of every person on their team.

A great compliment to the “Development Talent Individual Workshop – Managers learn how to provide feedback to make the “personal brand” clear and then provide focus for development through a powerful discussion around “contribution” now and in the future.  Creating great “Development Goals” has nothing to do with listing development activities… it has everything to do with (A) Focusing Development, (B) Using new capabilities on-the-job, and (C) Outlining the impact.  Development is now framed for success – managers must play a role and help each person move it forward with speed.
