Setting the Stage
1) Understand LifeWork Alignment
Individuals understand the interconnectedness of life and work,
and the Core Capabilities (Clarity, Share, Action, Impact).
2) Life Priorities
Individuals set clear life priorities to keep in mind,
and practice mindfulness to fully be in the “NOW.”
3) Journeying Forward
Individuals explore various navigation styles (Direct Path, Meandering, or JOURNEYing), to enhance decision-making.

1) Understand LifeWork Alignment
Individuals understand the interconnectedness of life and work, and the Core Capabilities (Clarity, Share, Action, Impact).

Create Clarity in WORK
6) Important TALENT Drivers
Individuals identify the TALENT Drivers that have a significant impact on their performance, development, and desire to stay at the organization.
7) Current Work Situation
Outline how each of their TALENT Drivers are currently going (Not Going Well, Going Well, Strength) to determine what areas of work need improvements.

SHARE and Take ACTION
8) Sharing Makes an Impact
Individuals learn the One-to-One Dialogue to clearly articulate their
LIFEDrivers and TALENT Drivers, and determine how to move forward.
9) Select Your First Focus Area
Individuals select a focus area (LIFEDriver or TALENT Driver) that they
have a genuine interest in taking the lead to make improvements.
10) Create Life Goals
Individuals create solid goals to push their LifeWork Alignment forward,
based on the Focus Area they selected.
11) Take Action with Solutions
Individuals select a solution from our extensive online database of 1000+ solutions to implement towards their Focus Area and goal created.
12) Leverage Your Network
Individuals map out the people within their personal and professional networks, encouraging active engagement and relationship building.
